Our Factory
The company has specialist technical laboratories and standardized equipment workshops covering an area of 20,000 square meters. Twenty-five injection molding machines assist in production. In addition, our factory has many other advanced equipment, and our workers master excellent production techniques. They have successfully helped to develop and design a variety of products in combination with domestic architectural characteristics, such as: HOENSOEY Cells, roof planting containers (roof planter containers, or trays), rainwater harvesting modules, and horse paddock grids for racecourse reinforcement and mud drainage.
Quality Control
Before Production- Inspection of Raw material is on every batch (check color and lit up to check the flame); equipment (including mold) maintenance by a given person on a regular basis.
During Production- Manual screening on each piece of products (single out unqualified products immediately);
After Production-Sampling inspection by QC staff (Samples are randomly selected and tested. Once there is a problem, our QC staff will check the whole batch immediately.)
